Susie sets herself apart by her integrity, optimism, and the high standards she sets for herself.

She also enjoys getting to know her clients well, so she can tailor her services to what they need. Susie has a knack for keeping her clients focused on their goals and assists them in the steps to achieve those goals. This discipline coupled with her talent for negotiating difficult transactions and winning bids has earned her a large number of referrals.

In a world of specialists, Susie excels at all aspects of her work. With well over two decades of experience, Susie has become an expert in market trends, property attributes, and East Bay neighborhoods to help her clients become savvier about selling and buying properties. For example, she frequently predicts what will happen to a specific residential market by studying growth patterns, lifestyle and demographic trends.

She also knows that Berkeley has more architecturally designed houses per capita than any other city in California. “It’s important to know the difference between good architecture and nondescript dwellings, between great settings and less optimal settings, and the kind of houses that build value faster than others.

As a third generation Berkeley resident, Susie has an unsurpassed knowledge of the greater Berkeley area, including the best public and private schools. Instilled with a keen sense of community, Susie has served on the Board of Directors of the Northeast Berkeley Association and has been on the board of the Berkeley Hills Nursery School. For seven years, Susie was President of the Berkeley High School Development Group that raised substantial sums for the high school. Her background makes her an excellent resource for all kinds of information about the community, including neighborhoods, Berkeley history, and its cultural life.
